 Learn2run is just that~ We wIll teach you the easy way to run and enjoy it ~ We will show you step by step each week, how to build up your running ~ We will take you from a brisk walk up to running 30 minutes continous ~ With our simple 10 Week run / walk course~ We will motivate you all the way from day one and all sessions are taken by qualified U.K. Athletics Coach of 25 years experience in coaching complete beginners.

If you have tried ~ running before and given up, because you found it hard graft, then think again, it really isnt and needn't be, just come and try and see for yourself.. If your a complete beginner or want to get back into running or like many who join completely  new to exercise at all. But I have not run since school ~Thats no problem, in fact, its great, because neither had many of the well over 5,000 people, who have done this course, before they started it.  Many have gone on from running 5km at the end of the program, to running 10km, half marathon's and marathon's amongst others, but most just run because they love running and for the pleasure of it.  Ah but... i am a complete beginner to exercise ~ Well,
Dont be put off, because you are, because most who join are and it is for you.

Age also is not a barrier to running, barring health problems, most can run at one pace. So no need to worry about that or not being fit or able to do it or nervous that its about speed, it's not. The main fear for most is that you will be at the back and be holding everybody else up, well dont worry about that its geared to it, if you should be and sometimes you'll be at the front, thats why its fun to do.  Just come along to any of our beginner sessions and see for yourself and take those first steps to a new fitter you.       

What will it cost and when are sessions ~  Cost of session is £4 only  with weekly discounts available also, No membership, No joining fee, No costly monthly fees,  No lengthy contracts, Once you have enrolled there is ~ No having to book in or be on a reserve list and we run come rain or shine five days a week every week barring holidays. and not just the one day and even if only one turns up, so no wasted journey as with some aerobics, has we have and have had runners who come from Huddersfield, Buxton, Sheffield, Warrington and all parts of Greater Manchester, Cheshire.and Derbyshire. So just turn up at the sessions that fit in with your life and pay on the night and there's no gimmicks, freebies or small print you end up ultimatly paying for later, because our reputation is our success. We are serious about running, but in a fun way as it should be enjoyable

NEW... We now take children from 12 plus, but 12 / 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on all sessions that they do, 14 / 16 years olds are fine to come on their own
